To enrol your group/church/organisation, please fill out the form below.
A facilitator may also enrol additional groups using a previously registered email address.
In order to enrol you must be part of a group, otherwise try our online program.

I commit to the requirements of a partnership with Re-Forma, including the following:

I will read all the documents I receive from Re-Forma.

I commit to train my group according to the outcomes.

I will attend the Re-Forma Quality Assurance Institute , (which is free of charge), when it is held in my country.

I have read and agree with the Statements of Faith .

I agree to a possible visit from Re-Forma, which is designed to help me in my ministry.

I will provide updates of my group’s progress and photos at least once every 6 months through my dashboard/user profile.
